He trains my hands for battle so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze

Listening to Learn

by Amy Blevins

This book was designed to bless you on your homeschool journey. During a time of personal health crisis, I discovered the incredible value and versatility of audio recordings in the homeschool journey. The more I used audio recordings in our home; the more benefits I uncovered for every day use! Audio recordings have made such a difference in the learning in our home, I decided to write a book and share what I have learned with you.

  • Do you struggle to find more time to read aloud to your children? Do you have books waiting that you just never seem to get to?
  • Do you have subjects like art, music, history, science or a foreign language taking a back seat while you concentrate on the basics?
  • Does your struggling learner long to dive into books?
  • Do you waste precious time every day driving to the store, the library, private lessons, and special events?

Listening to Learn: Using Audio Files in Your Homeschool will introduce you to the astounding selection of quality audio products available either free or for purchase on the internet and teach you how to put these files to best use in your home.

"Very nicely done ebook, with very helpful tips on truly using audio to learn, and some exceptional resources for your readers. Well Done!" Jim Erskine
"As a homeschooling mom who has been using audio files for some time as part of our homeschooling, I was curious if I would find information contained in Listening to Learn that would be beneficial to a homeschool mom who is already familiar with this avenue of alternative learning. As I read through this book, I found myself scribbling away. I couldn't believe how little I actually knew about the use of audio files!" Leslie Valeska
